Our Projects

Since 2019 Oakwest Ltd together with its partners have rehabilitated 20 apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms in multi-unit buildings. The buildings were completely refitted to meet the highest standards of building quality and fire safety. These apartments were in three buildings that have since been sold as fully-let & tenanted.

At present Oakwest Ltd is refurbishing further buildings and apartments, again ranging from studios to two-beds before making these available to the Irish market.
